Carl joined the crew in August 2004, He enjoys training and also fundraising for the Lifeboat. Carl spends a lot of time trying to raise the profile of not only Loughor Lifeboat, but also other independent station's around the country and recently was selected to be on the committee to set up an Association of Independent Lifeboats UK. The idea of this is to bring the work of Independent Lifeboat's more into the public eye which we all hope will help to raise much needed fund's for all independent Lifeboat's in the UK. For work, Carl works for the Ambulance Service and is currently training towards EMT qualification.
